Establishing the idea.
What details do you already have created for the project? This could be a script, storyboards for said script, concept art for characters and/or the environment, or audio you are allowed to use. The more you have established, the clearer the idea is.
Keyframing
Once we have the story beats established, I'll start keyframing the animation. These will just be main poses that the character(s) will make to establish the timing of the animation and make adjustments as needed.
