What I do:
2D frame-by-frame non-vector animation in cartoon style. (I don't do anime or rig animation)
Loop animation if needed.
What I need before we start:
The images of your character and color palette.
Storyboard or a clear description of your idea.
Audio file
Background image
Process:
Create a storyboard/animatic and send it to you for review.
Create the rough animation and send it to you for review.
Clean-up and coloring to complete the animation.
Deliver the video for review.
Edit and finalize the order.
Note:
Sound design is not included.
