What comes back is a file built to your spec, not a raw take. Send me sample rate, bit depth, channels, target level, and how much silence you want at the head and tail, and I match it, then check the numbers before I send. No spec is fine too: you get 48 kHz 24-bit stereo WAV.
I work on Italian time, so a question you send in your morning gets an answer the same day.

Before working online I ran shops. Store Manager in grocery retail and then in quick-service restaurants, which meant rotas, supplier orders, stock counts and whatever had gone wrong that morning. About ten years of it.
So there are a few things I'm the right person for.
Voice recording, transcription and subtitles in Italian. Also checking a translated app or site to say whether it reads like Italian or like something that was translated, which is a different question and needs a native ear.
Research studies and paid interviews about retail and hospitality. If you need someone who has actually managed a shop floor and dealt with suppliers, I did that job for years rather than read about it.
Customer service in Italian, written or on the phone. Order problems, complaints, returns. I have spent a lot of Saturdays with people who were already annoyed before they got to me.
Separately from all that, I build automations. Self-hosted n8n, mainly around inbound enquiries and lead handling, and I work on email deliverability: SPF, DKIM, DMARC, the DNS side of why mail arrives or goes to spam. There are four pieces in my portfolio, including a DMARC audit of sixteen Italian consumer brands built from public DNS queries. Six of the sixteen can be spoofed today. I'm at an earlier stage with this than with the operations work and I'd rather you know that going in.
One more thing. My English is working level, not native. I can read a brief, ask sensible questions and write clearly enough. If a job needs native English, it isn't me.
