Noreen is incredibly talented and brought exceptional value to my podcast. Her post-production edits were outstanding—each episode was polished to perfection, and I truly loved her work. She also offered wonderful insights that enhanced the overall quality of the podcast. Additionally, her graphic design for social media pieces was fantastic, showcasing creativity and professionalism.
While her work was consistently top-notch, I did face challenges with maintaining consistent communication. There were several occasions when it was difficult to get timely responses, and assigned work with due dates was not completed on time. This included a period where work fell behind and was not caught up, which impacted the overall workflow.
Overall, Noreen is a gifted professional whose skills in podcast production and design are second to none. With improved consistent communication and adherence to deadlines, I believe she has the potential to be an even greater asset to any project.
