SaaS 3D Animation Launch Videos (2)
I will not work with this contractor again. I was originally told my two videos would take 5-6 days. I was on a tight timeline with a July 1st launch using the videos on social. Received the finals on July 1 and July 2 after MANY, MANY edits, which were very descriptive and detailed out from my end, yet never came back exactly right. Contract was supposed to end on June 22nd.
Was surprised by the actual level of unprofessionalism in the quality of work. This contractor was professional in our messaging, but the eye and attention to detail was not there. Could tell Ai was overused and not cleaned up. The videos were also supposed to look and feel like the same campaign. After many more edits and discussing that, they did not end up looking like they were at all.
