On-Demand Course Video Editor — Continuing Education Training (22 clips, brief provided)
Shahzeb delivered all 22 clips for this project cleanly. I ran a detailed quality check comparing his cuts against the source transcripts — start, middle, and end content matched on every clip, with no missing sections or misplaced material. He also made several good editorial judgment calls on ambiguous cut points (correctly leaving out stray fragments that technically appeared in reference timestamps but weren't part of the actual clip), and handled a clip with unusual dead-air trims exactly as the brief called for. When I flagged an inconsistent folder/naming structure partway through, he restructured the delivery folder and fixed it without being asked twice. Communicative, detail-oriented, and the final files needed no rework.
