There were frequent, last-minute absences or interruptions during scheduled work hours, often attributed to power outages, internet issues, or personal matters, with little or no advance notice. We would have expected to be notified of this so we would have made appropriate changes for our business.
Ultimately, we decided to end her employment because we did not have sufficient confidence in her reliability and accountability for the role.
