Overall, our collaboration was good. At first, our visions weren’t fully aligned and the initial videos didn’t quite match what we had in mind, but the team responded quickly, and things went smoothly after that. The only reason I’m not giving full marks is the timeline: according to our plan, all 12 videos were meant to be delivered within one month, but in reality, it stretched to almost three. Sometimes this was due to our side, but at other times it seemed to be because of the team’s workload, which ideally shouldn’t affect the client.
That said, I do recommend this team for video projects — the quality is really strong, and the creative ideas are very good as well.
