With experience in editing many different genres and qualities of recording, I can do everything from simply mastering your files to conform with ACX standards (the first package), all the way through editing for sound quality, pacing, proofing and adding music. I genuinely enjoy editing audiobooks, because it requires me to pay close attention to your book, and I therefor get to experience your story in the process.
The pricing for the two editing packages is based of what is called a "per finished hour" (PFH) rate. For your reference, in general, editing one hour of audio can 2-3 hours of work. The tiers are divided into 1) up to an 8 hour book, and 2) up to a 16 hour book.
That being said, I am happy to discuss helping you out with a book that is even longer than 16 hours. Feel free to reach out to me with any questions you might have.
