Instructional Designer for Cryptocurrency Course
Sophia did a very thoughtful job on the benchmark project. She showed that she understood the educational purpose of the course and did not treat the assignment as simply a graphic design project. Her work reflected instructional thinking, learner awareness, and an understanding of how to organize technical information for beginners.
I especially appreciated that she recognized one of the most important teaching points in the course: students must understand why some tracker fields are completed and why others are intentionally left blank. That showed she was paying attention to the learning objective, not just the visual layout.
Her supporting instructional design document was also helpful and demonstrated that she was thinking about audience, learning goals, structure, and assessment. She communicated professionally and showed care in her approach.
