Kajabi Expert for Coaching Platform
The SOW outlined 3 phases with set tasks, payouts, and a 30-business-day timeline, but this wasn't followed — I was asked for a 50% payout mid-project outside the agreed terms, and the project ran significantly over schedule. Much of the work appeared to be handled by another team member rather than the freelancer directly, with communication and language barriers making updates difficult to follow. After final payment, I found a functionality issue that took over 5 days and a follow-up from me to address, with an initial response incorrectly claiming it was already fixed. The site ultimately worked, but the SOW terms, timeline, and communication all fell short of expectations.
