I have been a dedicated bookworm and avid reader of fiction from the moment I began to read at the age of three. Books are my absolute passion.
I have been a professional editor, proofreader, editor, and beta reader for the past four years while working towards my BA in English with a concentration on creative writing, which I expect to obtain this spring.
I will read your work from dual viewpoints, as a book lover and as an editor. Having both these perspectives is highly beneficial in perfecting a manuscript before publication.
My chapter by chapter report includes my impressions of such elements as plot, pacing, dialogue, character development, and consistency, as well as basic grammar issues. I will tell you what I feel works and what could be improved.
I utilize the Tracked Changes feature in MS Word to make comments and minor corrections directly on a copy of the manuscript to accompany my evaluation.

Grateful for Jennifer's beta reader report, exactly what I needed to continue rewriting my novel. She provided insighful comments in her chapter-by-chapter review that were to the point. Good recommendations also to improve/change. She also answered some of the concerns/question I had shared with her before starting the project which I really needed. We had to adjust the schedule slightly but we had communication throughout and that worked fine for me. She submitted ahead of the revised schedule.
