If you would like to get a personalized idea of my editing style before committing to a longer-term partnership, or just need a small amount of editing *quickly*, this is the project for you! $25 gets you one hour of my editing services. I can either provide a proofread for grammatical, spelling, capitalization and usage errors, or go beyond that to edit for clarity, consistency, conciseness, and the effectiveness of the overall narrative.
When you send the text to be edited, please let me know what your goal is for the copy and if there are any specific publication styles you are looking to adhere to (Associated Press, APA, MLA, CMOS).
The listing here says that $25 will cover 500 words, but I typically work faster than that. You are welcome to send something that is a bit longer and if the copy is in fairly good shape, I will likely be able to get through it all for the $25 fee.
