UI/UX, Web design for ticketing system
Unfortunately, we spent a lot of time on this project but never received a proper deliverable. Nwafor showed a lack of understanding of basic UI/UX principles and was unable to follow the detailed wireframes we provided. As a result, we ended up in a loop of reviewing and commenting on issues that were purely logical errors, which should have been obvious from the start.
It also seemed like a generic UX template was used and simply edited, rather than designing a solution tailored to the needs of our project. The final result was not usable and didn’t reflect an understanding of the product, its goals, or the users.
Overall, the experience was disappointing, and we cannot recommend working with Nwafor for UI/UX-focused tasks.
