I asked Golam to look over a file to make sure everything was correct before I put it on a website. he did exactly that, then wanted me to pay him double what we already agreed to because he felt he did more than what was asked. Then his website went down and I couldn't open the file. I asked him to send me a downloadable one to play it safe. He suggested I use the guy who takes care of my website. so make a document not used on the website for a project he had the contract on.
