I had an extremely disappointing experience with this developer. They promised to complete the work, took the money upfront, and then vanished without delivering anything. I strongly advise against hiring this individual. It's been a total waste of time and money. Despite their polite communication initially, once they received the payment, they disappeared entirely. I've been waiting for a response for the last 10 days, and it's clear they have no intention of fulfilling their obligations. I urge Upwork.com to provide a refund and review this developer's profile to protect other clients from being ripped off in the same way. This is a cautionary tale of how not to conduct business online. upwork is a safe platform so i request them for a refund
