Problematic service. Exhausted so much personal time and the results were never tested/validated before handing over, leaving me to test all functional design and report back. Some very simple issues took way too long to explain and rectify.
When critising work performance/outcomes, Rajiv and the broader tech striker team often responded in an arguementitive fashion making it difficult to find solutions. I found myself having to manage them far too often with tremendous gaps in time (up to 3 months) without adquate follow up.
