Job for Virender
I think he codes well, but he communicates poorly. I did send a wrong file accidentally which confused him, but the situation could have been resolved if he communicated back after my many messages. This caused missed deadlines which cost me some time. He isn't necessarily a bad freelancer, but if you use him, be sure to have him agree to communicate with you clearly about the project, and ask all questions needed.
