He was incredible at communication, proactive and amazing at what he does, constantly coming up with little improvements I hadn't even thought of. He was quick, his code was clean and explanations of everything were crystal clear for me.
It's easy to say "I would definitely hire him again," but those are just words. I am ACTUALLY hiring him again right now for a second job because my experience with the first was so good.
