ETL Pipeline
Laiba delivered exactly what an ETL freelancer should deliver — clean logic, clear data flow, and zero drama.
She doesn’t overtalk, she executes. Her structure was straightforward, the documentation wasn’t bloated, and the pipeline actually ran the way it was supposed to: reliably.
What I appreciated most was that she didn’t disappear mid-project (a common freelancing disease). She stayed responsive, fixed things without ego, and didn’t pretend simple tasks were “complex engineering.”
If you need someone who focuses on results instead of excuses, she’s worth hiring again.

Data project
She misrepresented her skillset, could not complete the project, and demanded additional money to do the work she was supposed to do in the first place. The requirements were shared in extreme detail before she decided to take on the project. She was open to being on call and being told exactly where to click and what to do.
