Power Apps Developer
He communicates professionally and may perform well on coding-related projects, but unfortunately, he did not have the Power Apps experience required for this project. The work made very limited progress, and payment was requested before meeting agreed expectations, which was disappointing. I believe he has potential, but he needs to focus more on the quality and completeness of delivery before requesting payment and ensure he fully understands the project scope before committing.
