Vadym build my fitosauna.com website on plain Wordpress with custom builder as it was required so I can later maintain site my self, he configured revers DNS, he made animations to work smooth that no other developer was able to achieve it, he can build any custom plugin, or achive anything in site in most effective way . He works very fast and with high quality and he can handle any complexity of tasks.
I worked with 10+ freelancers from Asia ad Europe, some were cheaper, some were more expensive, but I never worked with develper that has such level of expertise.
