Experienced ASP.NET Core & Angular Developer Needed
Very bad experience. The freelancer, listed as “Rukayya Udegadhwala” but actually operated by Mustafa, took 80% of the payment ($900) and never delivered the project or source code. Communication was poor, full of excuses and delays. He kept asking for more money instead of completing agreed work. Not honest, not professional, and not recommended.

Asp.net Core with Angular Developer
My experience with this freelancer was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I decided to hire them based on the profile of “Rukayya Udegadhwala,” but after starting the project, I learned that the person actually handling the work was Mustafa. This was never disclosed at the beginning, and it raised serious concerns about honesty and transparency.
I trusted this freelancer with four different projects, believing they had the technical skills and integrity to deliver. Unfortunately, none of those projects were ever completed successfully. Despite making full payments — including $1,400 for one project — I did not receive any usable work or source code. The freelancer repeatedly delayed progress, made constant excuses, and stopped responding to messages for long periods.
Each time I raised an issue or pointed out missing functionality, instead of fixing the problem, the freelancer would claim it was “new development” and demand more money. Even simple fixes were turned into opportunities to ask for extra payment. This made the projects drag on endlessly without real results. It became clear that the freelancer either lacked the technical skills required or was outsourcing the work to others who also could not deliver.
When I finally refused to pay more and insisted on getting the completed project as per our agreement, the freelancer became aggressive. Despite receiving the full project payment, they refused to provide the source code and closed the project without handing over anything. This was completely unprofessional and dishonest behavior. I immediately reported the issue to Upwork and requested their review and intervention.
Communication during the entire process was very poor. The freelancer was rarely online and often ignored messages for days or weeks. There was no proper project management, no timely updates, and no willingness to take responsibility for incomplete or faulty work. Every time a problem came up, they blamed the client instead of taking accountability.
What makes this experience even worse is that the freelancer’s profile appears misleading. The account shows a female name and picture, but all communication and work were handled by someone named Mustafa. Clients should be aware that this kind of misrepresentation can lead to serious issues, especially when payments are made in good faith.
I’ve lost both my time and hard-earned money in this process. The freelancer failed to complete a single project properly, and I ended up with no usable deliverables despite paying in full. This experience has been stressful and disappointing from start to finish.
I strongly advise other clients to be extremely cautious before hiring this freelancer or anyone associated with this profile. Do not be misled by smooth communication at the beginning or promises of quick delivery. Once payment is made, the communication stops, and you may never receive the work you paid for.
In short: Not reliable, not transparent, and not recommended under any circumstances.

ASP.NET Core Microservices & Angular Developer Needed for Cloud-Based Application
The freelancer was rarely online and did not complete any of the four projects I assigned. I lost money and received no usable work. Communication was very poor, and I had to report the issue to Upwork. Be cautious the actual person handling the work is named Mustafa, not the one shown on the profile. Not recommended he didn't deserve 1 start as well 0 start

Aap.net Core with Angular Developer for Small Task
This freelancer is not a real developer but a mediator. He rarely responds to messages and often delays the work. When something doesn’t function properly, instead of fixing it, he asks for more money, claiming its a new development.
He lacks technical knowledge and outsources the project to others. Please be careful before hiring you could end up wasting your money like I did. I lost my hard earned money on this project. Not recommended 0 star if the option is available.
