I have been doing Search Engine Marketing since 2008. I had handled big and low-budget Pay Per Click accounts with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads (Bing), Facebook and Instagram Ads. I have excellent attention to detail and always find ways to optimize campaigns to have the most investment return at the lowest cost.
I started my digital marketing career in 2008, where I worked for a company that offered support for individual hotel partners. At first, I worked as a link builder, where I produced backlinks to assigned websites through web directory submissions, forum postings, and social bookmarks. An opportunity opened for a PPC Specialist, and with my strong interest in broadening my digital knowledge, I applied for the position and got promoted to it. I promoted hotels in China, Southeast Asia, Europe, and Australia. I learned everything I could about PPC to optimize the campaigns to get the most ROI at the lowest cost.
I began to partner with a friend who offers web design services where I provided PPC and link building services. After building successful campaigns for a few small companies, I later joined an online classifieds company in the Philippines as a Digital Marketing Executive for over four years with the following responsibilities:
• Led a team of online marketers
• Devised strategies to drive online traffic to the website.
• Gathered data to learn more about the target market through keyword research and market trends.
• Managed large keyword lists and actively monitored the overall performance of accounts in Google, Yahoo, and Facebook.
• Coordinated with the Technical Team regarding product updates and other technical requirements needed for the campaigns
• Liaised with Publishers/Digital Partners such as Google, Facebook, Yahoo, Kenshoo, and other top local media websites (ABS-CBN, GMA, TV5/Interaksyon, Rappler, PEP.ph, Summit Media, Philstar, Manila Bulletin, Inquirer.net) for premium digital placements.
• Used Xiti for data analysis
• Created monthly reports
After working for an online classifieds company, I joined a real estate portal that accepts signups and real estate listings. The company had existing Ads campaigns, but I thought that the account had a poor structure which hindered its expansion; thus, I paused the account and created a new one with better-structured campaigns, which significantly improved the results.
I later joined an offshoring company that helped entrepreneurs find the right talent to help them grow their businesses where I helped generate leads.
I then worked for an eCommerce platform where I helped generate sign-ups and leads for their subscription-based services.
I have also worked with urgent care and dental clinics where I effectively managed account setup and implementation, strategy, and budget while working cross collaboratively with the SEO, Content, and Account Management teams in order to maximize a client's ROI.
