I've been working with CRM databases for over 29 years, specifically The Raiser's Edge(22+yrs), Bloomerang(5 yrs), eTapestry (3 yrs) and others. I've had 12 clients in the last 7 yrs and currently have 5-6 clients per month for whom I do the data entry and database mgmt consulting. I'm looking for 7-10 hours per week to complement my other workload. I have integrated, or am in the process of integrating, Fundraise Up with the Bloomerang database at a few clients. It is a wonderful tool that takes your fundraising to the next level with a streamlined approach to accepting donations online. I am highly proficient in The Raiser's Edge & Bloomerang, and love to define processes, write procedures, and create reports in either. I have an aptitude for learning database programs if I'm not aware of it already. For instance, I've self-taught myself in Commence, Sales Force including Dataloader.io and entry-level Access.

I also managed gift registration and check out tables during special events and auctions, assisted with volunteer training, assisted with State licensing renewals, United Way charity organization renewals and served as an on-site trainer/help desk team member. I have written gift acceptance polices, Raiser’s Edge Users’ Manuals, development plans and other philanthropic polices procedures and guidelines.
