With our CRM system, we contacted property managers via phone call and/or email to explain the technical aspects, features and benefits of the service. Get written approval (E-signature) for Amazon to install the free key fob entry system at the access point. Once approved, we use our CRM system to set up appointments with Industry Solution technicians to install key fob devices at the entry points of residential complexes (apartments, condominiums, etc.). We also do follow up calls to inquire about the progress of the system and if there are any concerns or issues, we communicate with Amazon, property manager and technician to deliver superb customer service to alleviate the problem.
