Audited every page, identified the right MAUI controls based on performance profiling, and rebuilt the architecture for faster load times and smoother UI. Ongoing engagement — the client kept me on after migration for active feature development. ✔ Xplor Platform (UK heritage organization, via DataDuopoly) Senior Engineer and Technical Lead on a commissioned platform for a major UK heritage organization. Owned the migration of a legacy system and led the design of a footfall prediction algorithm to help operations plan visitor capacity across sites.
