Using up to date evidence-based science I am capable of finding the most suitable nutrition plan for every specific individual and offer personalized solutions. I am qualified to evaluate the nutritional needs of a client, offer counseling to address a client's unique preferences, and provide support to help them in their progress and achieve their goals.

I am a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner focused on supporting clients with sustainable changes to diet, lifestyle and mindset. I have experience with functional testing and working with a medical team to implement changes based on lab work. I have experience with individualised coaching, as well as creating programs for groups. I believe in whole foods, not over restricting, nervous system regulation and sustainable movement practices. I have previously worked as as Recipe Developer and Chef; an experience that allows me to create tailored meal plans and creative ways for people to eat that don't feel restrictive.
