Unlike many other designers who only try to complete their job as fast as possible so they can take your money and disappear. Even, they don't send you all the necessary files and if you lose the files before, you can't get the files again. For example, they don't give you the Fonts so you can't use it future or you have to pay extra for them to export files in other formats.
