It's First and one of the Kind Facility designed and conceptualized to adhere to provide Virtual Assistance to Clients catering multiple services Industries around the world who need to outsource their CALL support & Dispatch support tasks.
We have 2+ Years of Experience in Dispatching for different Clients in USA/Canada/Australia/UK. My team is experienced with NEMT dispatch, We have experience with CRM like ASM and use Sentry.NEMT to book rides. Our task include but are not limited to :
•Schedule and coordinate transportation services
• Ensure timely pick-ups and drop-offs
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues
• Route your pickups from market place
• Schedule rides as per the drivers service areas
•Communicate with the Customers, Drivers, Service Providers, Patients, Hospitals
• Utilize the drivers for Multiple pickups and drops on single trip to maximize the revenue and cut down the running cost.
We can start right away as soon as you want us to and can be trained as per your requirements.
