You will receive a daily email for the claim progress. With the experience in health industry for 5 years. I care to help the members of the insurance to correct their medical bills and not waste their time on the phone daily.
Please see below my daily task.
• I will request and check members' benefits.
• I will contact the insurance to confirm the updated claim
•Communicate with the provider and clarify possible billing codes that can be updated.
• Check if the facility or the doctor is an In-Network or Out-of-Network provider
• Follow up with insurance procedures to be corrected.
• Negotiate with the provider, facility and Anthem if the bill was doubled.
