I run the back office of a UAE trading and distribution company. That means I personally own everything from purchase orders and sales workflows to logistics, vendor and customer data, Zoho administration, and the bookkeeping side. I bring that same hands-on operational eye to client work on Upwork.
Most Zoho freelancers come from a developer background — they configure systems but haven't actually used them to run a real business day to day. I work from the opposite direction.
