You will get a professional business consultation. I meet with each client at least 2 times, more when needed. We will discuss your current business model, employees, and policies. We also take the time to learn your current pain points. Where is your company struggling. After this meeting I take everything your provide me with, and I do research. This means learning everything I can about your business. After this research, we meet again. This time I will provide you with my list of recommendations. In this recommendation I provide you will tools and explanations as to how I can see you can improve your business. I have worked with businesses ranging from motorcycle parts to fortune 500 Coffee companies! While some may not understand the reasons for needing a coach, let me explain. Information Session
We will have a 15 minute meeting where we will discuss your current paint points. Where are you struggling with your business? This will be the time to provide me with information regarding your company.
Discovery
During Discovery, I will do research about your company. I will look at how your are structured, and what is causing your pain points. This is typically 5-6 hours of research. I look at products, reviews, and policies.
