I have experience managing lodging platforms like airbnb and vrbo. I know the work that entails like:
- Managing Reservations
- Managing Pricing
- Answering Messages
- Coordinating cleaning
- Submitting claims for reimbursements
- Following up on Rental Agreements.
- sending welcome messages
- responding to inquiries
- asking for reviews
- leaving reviews
I can offer you to do all of this for flat rate and I will be managing your listing for the number of hours weekly you hired including saturdays and sundays. The hours coverage will be done during the timeframe of 8am-5pm. Timezone can be MST, PST and CST. I live in Nicaragua so I can adapt to US timezones and I already have my own tools to work with including templates.

In Diana's defense it sounds like she could have used more supervision and aid from her manager. That said, she proved ultimately unable to work as independently and successfully as her predecessor (who was given less training and less resources).
