French Speaking Account Executive It has been my pleasure to work with Morel at Holstein IT-Solutions as his sales and marketing manager. As an account manager Morel was consistent, committed and very thorough guiding customers to close. He consistently demonstrated strong commitment to each customer. He followed up with customer requests, organized technical, commercial and support meetings to ensure customer satisfaction and close business.

As the company had to pivot its business direction, Morel took on new responsibilities and executed them flawlessly. He willingly took on more than account management (original role) and took up being the Country Manager for Francophone markets and then became the product manager for turnkey solutions.
His ability to move from areas of expertise (sales) to marketing, social media, product management never failed to impress me. When Morel was given a new responsibility, he asked very clear and insightful questions about the role and expectations, provided very quick examples to gauge if he was headed in the right direction.

He was always open to suggestions and improvements, always very ready to learn anything. He went from doing sales calls and email responses to social media marketing in the French language regions, to becoming product manager one of our new product lines (turnkey solutions). He took on technical skills he had never had to do before and he did them well.
