E-commerce Virtual Assistant Needed for Customer Service Management and Sales
We found out that the freelancer was not who was portrayed in the profile. Additionally, one of the Upwork screenshots caught evidence of the work being passed on to a 3rd person as the "imposter" was speaking with the real "Syed" on how to delegate everything. We see this as dishonest and cannot move forward with someone that is doing this.
