Once you have submitted the plans and the tier desired has been properly selected, I'll send a message confirming the receipt of the request.
Estimating
If the plan information is clear, I'll work on the takeoff and reach the customer until the takeoff is done. Otherwise, I'll reach the customer with questions since clarification can be needed to start the takeoff.
