You will get a European patent application at the EPO

Project details
If you have an existing patent application, such as a pending US patent or an International PCT patent application, I can submit it to the European Patent Office and act as your Professional Representative to get European patent pending.
This fixed price service covers the following:
1. Checking your patent specification is formally ready to submit and making formatting changes or minor edits
2. Checking for common errors such as too many claims or independent claims
3. Submitting your application to the EPO
4. Handling all formalities and bureaucracy up to and including reporting of the European search report
My charge does *not* include the official patent filing fees payable to the European Patent Office which can range from €1500 to $4000. You will be responsible for these fees separately, but I will provide full and detailed instructions.
All I need to begin is a copy of your existing patent application or a PCT patent application number.
I work in all subject matter areas except chemical formulae or biological inventions, which require specialist skills.

About Geoff
European patent attorney with over 20 years experience
Reading, United Kingdom - 2:02 pm local time
Services include patent filing and prosecution of patent applications in the UK and European Patent Office, preparation of UK and European design applications, prior art analysis, and obtaining UKIPO patent infringement and validity opinions.
My status as a European Patent Attorney can be confirmed on the European Patent Office website on the "Find a Professional Representative Page" by searching for me under the name "Dallimore".
Fixed price work includes:
* Submit a UK patent application - US$500 (plus official fees of ~US$350)
* Submit a European patent application - US$950 (plus official fees of ~US$2000)
* Submit an International (PCT) patent application via the European Patent Office - US$950 (plus official fees of ~US$4000)
* Amending existing patent application - US$500
If you have received an office action or examination report, I can prepare a response for you to submit to the Patent Office. Not all responses can be prepared at this favourable rate, but I will review the office action for free before confirming a price.
* Non-binding validity and infringement opinion - US$500 (plus official fees of ~$350)
The UKIPO will issue a non-binding opinion on whether a particular patent is valid in view of specific prior art, or whether a particular patent is infringed by a specific product. I will require the prior art or details of the product and will then prepare the paperwork and submit the request to the UKIPO.
* Submitting a UK or European design registration application - US$350 (plus official fees ~US$500)
I will require drawings or photos of your design to submit with the application, and can advise you on the requirements. EU filings are only available to customers with a real and effective business presence in the EU.
All costs above are exclusive of fees charged by the UKIPO, the EPO, or the EUIPO.
