A little bit about me....I've been running my own Virtual Assistance & Recruitment company for the last 2 years, which has involved a mixture of personal assistant duties, travel, recruitment, bookkeeping, administration and customer service. I’ve had a varied role over the last 4 years but my bread and butter is sales and customer service.
I've been heavily involved in assisting start-ups and young companies over the last 2 years and have taken on similar projects within customer service for retail companies. My role involved answering tickets on their CRM system and social media platforms but also being available to answer queries on their online chat. I implemented some changes to their process to cut down time and these are still being used today. We used a system called Zendesk which pulled all the relevant channels into one place to insure no queries were missed, we communicated through slack and used google documents to track missing payments or parcels. We had weekly catch up meetings using google hangouts but I have experience with many other systems and software's.
