I couldn't believe this time you try to claim money without doing any work. You done these before claimed the hours your people didn't work but this time, complete dishonest. I didn't instruct you to do any work for a long time, how come you you added hours to claim money dishonestly

Sarmed was really nice to work with. He is very friendly and kind. He shows up to meetings on time. We did not have enough customer service demand to warrant the hours we were giving him. We tried to assign other tasks to fill this time, but there just wasn't enough that his skill level could take on.

Sarmed is a delight to work with. He is respectful and very positive. However, when we started to notice loose ends turn up in work we would contact him and be reassured everything was taken care of and good. When anything don't wrong, there were multiple excuses. We never brought up an issue without hearing an excuse. When we began to check the work we found much of it was not being completed. While the quality of work was good, it was not being done in full. I would give Sarmed a hire just keep an eye on performance and don't let him make excuses for everything.
