Find and Lease mid term rental tenant(s) for a Ranch House
Sarah’s ability to use Google Ads grew over time. Unfortunately after 6 months, I was never able to place any mid term tenants using Sarah’s methods. But she was excited to learn and it was exciting to get updates which she sent weekly. I found more and all success through airbnb. I would go back to Sarah but for other types of projects. It just didn’t make sense to continue for this one.
