Most shop managers are either writing waste down on paper or texting it to someone at the end of the day. By the time that information reaches a spreadsheet, half of it is missing or wrong.
This project fixes that with a Google Form your staff fill out on their phones at the end of each shift. It takes under a minute to complete. The moment they hit submit, the data lands in a connected Google Sheet — already sorted by date and store location — with no manual copying involved.
A location analysis table shows exactly how much waste each branch is recording and how often. A product breakdown tells you which items keep coming back and why. A daily trend chart covers the full reporting period. And a reasons table separates damaged stock from customer returns, overstock, and defective items so you can actually tell where the problem is coming from.
