Unlike other customer support agents who follow the company’s policies strictly and work without flexibility when needed, I put myself in both the customer’s shoes and the company’s position when offering any solutions as I want to ensure a win-win relationship between the business and the customers.
With years of experience working at Trending Custom and other e-commerce businesses, I created the workflow of the CS team, gave suggestions on policies’ improvement, and built the flow to control and decrease the frequent happening cases like Lost In Transit, Defective, etc. We have sent a lot of surveys to the customers to see the percentage of satisfied customers as well as to investigate the result of the policies/ workflow changes. As a result, the percentage of positive feedback increased from 60-70% to 85-90% after the changes we had made. And the number of loyal customers is proportional to the rise in positive feedback.
