Summary of Qualifications:
• Prepare all listing/buying contract documents and other related tasks.
• Create MLS draft, review and upload listings to MLS
• Keeping checklists up to date and ensuring all documents are submitted to the Brokerage in a timely manner.
• Prepares documents for closing of listings on behalf of our clients (brokers, lawyers, mortgage brokers, conveyancer)
• Process realtor deals/offers credit checks/payments and/or deposits.
• Submit all necessary documentation to the office broker for file compliance
• Consult with clients, and set up and schedule property showings
• Manage client database system.
• Maintain and update calendar of appointments.
• Books photoshoot and sign installation.
*Providing consistent quality service for client satisfaction.
