Hi, my name is Jonas and I will be the one who helps you with phone calls in Germany.

→ Please always contact me BEFORE placing an order so that I can first check whether I can actually help you with your call(s) or not!

Here are a few examples of call scenarios where I was able to help previous customers:
 • calling an authority in order to get some documents on your behalf
 • calling a doctor in order to book or cancel an appointment on your behalf
 • calling a business in order to cancel a contract or subscription on your behalf
 • calling the „Deutsche Post“ or DHL in order to find out what happened to your parcel
 • calling a company in order to get more information about a certain product or service
 • calling an ex-partner in order to deliver a final message of yours

Here are some examples of tasks/jobs that I can NOT help you with:
 • cold calling / sales calls
 • pretend to be you or someone except me to a third party

→ Prices vary depending on the type and number of calls to be made. The cheapest option would be a single 5-10 minute call, for which I would charge $10.
