Virtual Legal Assistant Needed (10-15 Hours/Week) Sharing honestly in case it’s helpful: this freelancer wasn’t a good fit. Over several months, she didn’t keep a consistent schedule, didn’t reliably complete work or provide updates, and never got comfortable with our processes, particularly invoicing and other general admin tasks. I tried to support and course-correct, but it ended up creating more work for me. She resigned for personal reasons, which I understand, but from a performance standpoint I wouldn’t use or recommend her again.
