My knowledge in a software where estimating is used, such as AutoCad & Planswift. Also, my experience as a Site Electrical Engineer is a plus I can surely identify materials that will be needed. I have also an experience as a Quantity Surveyor in a high rise building where I do estimate and evaluate the project that is assigned to by our head in particular to Electrical aspects, as a quantity surveyor also we do the Bill of Quantities and Bill of Materials of the scope of work that is needed to be done or for bidding.Our work is not limited to only estimating but we process billings of the contractor and supplier, process variations order that may occur due to an additional plan or requirement as per owners perogative.

I do the role of being a Civil Engineer and Mechanical Engineer, this happened when the assigned Engineers during the pandemic has decided to find better opportunity to another company. This was a really a big help for me and enhanced my capability, add more experience not only on electrical aspects but as a flexible individual in Civil and Mechanical work as well.

This step is where we discuss of what type of takeoff you want. It is either MEP or just Electrical, or just Plumbing or just HVAC. and negotiation of the price.
Provide Plan
This step is where I will request for the pdf file of the plan and will give feedback to the client as to what only can be done in the plans provided
