Lead and CRM Management
After receiving new lead by email I will contact the lead with an introduction and questions in regards to what they are looking to buy or sell. Add information to CRM program and email or text agent with any urgent need to contact information.
Listing Research and Data Entry
Looking up any additional information required for the listing to be added to the MLS. Add listing to MLS system, adding all required documents and pictures. Verify all required information is received before making listing live on the MLS.
