Just over a year ago, I stepped in as Operations Manager for a nonprofit fundraising consultant who was overwhelmed by a growing inbox, undocumented processes, and scattered projects. The constant firefighting left them with little time to focus on client deliverables or the growth of their business.
The first step I took was to streamline their inbox and overhaul the calendar and booking system, ensuring protected time for three critical areas: client delivery, internal operations, and business development. From there, I led a review and refinement of their workflows, created clear SOPs, and transitioned the team to a more efficient CRM (ClickUp) that improved collaboration and client management.
With these foundations in place, we were able to expand services, elevate team collaboration, and the client experience, and by Q1 of 2025, had already surpassed the entire revenue of 2024.
