Project details
I host and produce virtual sessions & conferences on behalf of clients over Zoom. My goal is to support my clients in customizing virtual training sessions based on clients’ needs, acting as Producer during all live training sessions, (tracking attendance, providing immediate technical support to learners and staff, etc.), and closing out the training sessions. I will also integrate with project teams as necessary and become a key part of the delivery effort.

Gather Requirments
Need to have a clear understanding of the session and requirements of the session at least 2 days before the actual conference/Session
Content Availability
The content of the session (PPT/Video/Documents/Images etc..) should be ready at least a week before the session with you and as host /producer the contents should be shared with me 4 days prior to the session.
